Dr.Hassan Saeed has been working to creat a peacfull and an uncorrupted system of Governance that will lead to a prosperous and truely a democratic Maldives for a long time.I really think the change of traditional mindset of ours is essenciall for any positive changes in our society.The steps to establish a real democracy call for this change of "hard deaded" centuries old mindset.I would emphasise that Islamic principles are not outdated and are relevant even today.We must not stegnate and must use increasingly the principle of Ijma and moral values.
